1. Sleep on sides in stead of back.
2. Raise head level above the body level while sleeping.
3. If nose blockage or cold allergy like symptoms is there then get it treated by medicines.
4. Stop taking alcohol, sleeping pills, smoking. These things relax the respiratory tract muscles and cause apnoea.
5. Do not drink water 2 hours before bed time
6. Do exercise 3 hours before bed time.
7. Go to bed at the same time daily.
8. Do not be over weight.
9. Avoid working till bed time.
10. Keep your bed room dark, cool and quiet.
