Dr Meeta has graduated BHMS from CHMC, Berhampur University, Orissa. Having a bright academic back ground as university topper she got the opportunity to start her professional career as a lecturer in Homoeopathic College IHMER, Chunni Kalan, Chandigarh, Punjab. After working there for some years she joined as a medical officer at Raigarh, Chattisgarh. Upon gathering good amount of experience in treating the various tribal people in Raigarh she joined Baksons’ Allergy clinic at New Delhi.

Now since 2006 she has started her own clinic in Chennai, India.

Dr Meeta believes in application of classical homeopathy with a modern approach. Listening to the patients and understanding their problem in detail is the major attraction at Dr Meeta’s clinic.

Besides her academic achievements she also has got honoured by various organisations for her contribution to society. Among them the organisations like SCART, ORISSA (in 2007 honoured her as best social servant in health sector) and SULEKHA LITERATURE AND CULTURAL ORGANISATION (in 2008 honoured her for the book KNOW HOMEOPATHY KNOW HEALTH) needs definite mention.

Many of her articles are placed in the magazine like STAR TELLER having international presence.

In the field of treatment also many cases like kidney failure, cardiac asthma etc. where the hope of life was lost; got recovered to normalcy by her systematic administration of homeopathic remedy.
